Leadership to the tune of high level corporate executive Don’t call me mom… CEO and co-founder, COO, CFO, CMO President, Chairman (or Chair person) of the board member… are right and fitting titles for us, These are actually the hats we wear to accentuate the frizz on a bad hair day And Although we may receive far less accolades than a corporate executive and also probably far less commas in our bank accounts, our role is no less important …because decision we make impacts the future…and there is no do-over… not just of a specific industry or economy, but of the entire world. This all sounds good, but How do you know if you’re leading your family in the right direction? We don’t want to perpetuate the dysfunction that was handed down to us.. But the apple doesn’t typically fall far from the tree. So… How do you distinguish between visionary leadership and pure T craziness?
